Description

In this course, we will break down the necessary daily steps (and how to implement them) to transform an organization into a joy-filled workplace culture that your team members enjoy, and that your organization will eliminate the costs and people that sabotage your growth. The Community Foundation fosters a healthy and dynamic community where individuals are inspired to support, strengthen and enrich quality of life through generosity and civic engagement. The Foundation offers a variety of inventive ways to give generously to a multitude of diverse partners, prioritize needs and best serve its citizens – locally, regionally, nationally and abroad. We have learned so much in our fifty years, and we want to spread this knowledge to you.

Previously known as the Cape Coral Community Foundation (CCCF), The Community Foundation (TCF) has served as a philanthropic organization built on hometown pride and civic-minded giving since it was founded in 1973. Today, as we emerge as The Global Center for Generosity, we remain focused on identifying solutions to the community’s most critical issues: equality, quality of life, health and education – while expanding our reach to national and international partners who can help the Foundation expand its mission.

We partner with individuals, families and corporations to facilitate and administer philanthropic efforts. At The Community Foundation, we connect our supporters with critical needs in the Southwestern Florida community and beyond. As the Center for Generosity, the Foundation’s goal is to shape public policy fairly for all community members, partner with nonprofit organizations in order to deliver resources in an efficient, strategic manner and empower the community to support the common good.
