Description

All my life I truly believed that what stood between me and pure happiness was 20 LB

I really believed it

But this conditioning is not unique to me

This is how we were taught when we reach the goal when we succeed. Then ,we will be happy

it could be:

  • When I find my dream job

  • When I finally retire comfortably

  • When I find true love

  • When I have children

  • When my children will find true love

When. When. When.

Sound familiar?

We were told that success leads to happiness. But many studies reveal the opposite relationship between happiness and success: happiness leads to success! The problem is that we are waiting for a big external event that will finally make us happy. And meanwhile, the years slip by, and we never get there.

Come and join me in the digital course the path to happiness in which I share the understanding that happiness does not depend on our weight, the size of our pants or our bank account, not on our relationship and certainly not on our children’s love life. I will share with you the Spire model for a happier life together with a series of practical tools that we can start using today to increase our happiness and realize the potential in our personal and professional lives.

My name is Tami Muller and I am a Certified Happiness and Positive Psychology Coach by Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar and the author of the book "How To Be On A Diet and Never Be Thin, A Practical Guide to Freedom and Happiness."

I'm waiting to share with you the science of happiness, storytelling and lots of humor.

Who Should Attend!

  • Anyone who believes they can become a little happier
