Welcome to Module 2 of the Posture Academy. Olivier Girard, an internationally recognized expert in posture and ergonomics and the author of The Posture Manual, will assist you in improving your posture, requiring less than the cost of a cup of coffee and just 10 minutes a day.
This course focuses on standing posture, pelvic control, and mid-back control to prevent rounded shoulders.

The program aims to empower you to improve your posture and ergonomics over 26 days, with brief daily videos. You'll learn to enhance your environment, refine your posture, and integrate simple yet effective exercises into your routine.

Mastering the 3 Rules of Posture, especially applicable in standing tasks
Correcting posture at work, home, and during hobbies through consistent practice.
Course requirements or prerequisites:
No prior experience necessary
It is strongly recommended that you have completed The Posture Academy - Module 1/3.
