Receptionists embody and reflect what the company wants to show the world. The first contact and first impressions of the company starts at the front gate, security, main entrance, with customers, clients and external people, while visiting your company.
Receptionists attend to callers, visitors, employees, telephone calls, and handle a variety of administration and maintenance tasks.
Days are never the same; it will vary in activities and interactions with many different people and tasks.
Even when you are dealing with a crisis, you can never let anybody know, and keep smiling – while remain cool and in control. This is a skill that you can learn to master.
