Hi, my name is Ismenia Alvarez. I am a certified Life Coach - I will be your guide during this course. I appreciate that if you are taking this course is because worrying has made a remarkable effect on your life in a negative way.

This course is about transformation, transforming you from a worrier to a more relaxed and happier person.

I created this course for you and for all the people that not only during the 2020 pandemic but in their lives their worries have paralysed them, leaving them feeling hopeless and helpless. I have coached people that are in constant worrying without knowing it. Because it has become an unconscious habit.

I spent many years of my childhood living with people that were naturally worriers and I thought that was the normal way of living until I started seeing the negative effect not only in their lives for also in people’s around lives.

Chronic worry can be lethal!

The good news is this, because your worries are born in your head, like any other thoughts, they can be changed. By making small changes in the way you think, the words you speak, and raising your awareness to catch yourself in the moment are worrying, you will start your transformation to a more relaxed person. As with any other habit, to change it, you will need to do the work, and practice as many times until it becomes natural for you like one more beneficial habit- without thinking.

When you finish this course, you will be more aware of your own story around your worries and accept that they are very unlikely to happen, and the way affect you but also people around you. After creating mindful moments in your day and making small changes compounded over time you will see the results in the way you feel, more in peace with your life regardless of what is happening outside you.

In the long run, you will take control of your own experience, adopt new healthy habits that will support your new identity.
