We included contraindications and when obtaining a doctor note for this treatment would be appropriate. The stretching techniques are presented in detailed streaming video so that you can understand clearly how to incorporate each of these stretching techniques in your self, or partner care routine. You can incorporate what you learn into a full body stretching routine or cherry pick which stretching techniques to utilize for your given situation.
