Description
SPC (Statistical Process Control) is the most basic tool for Quality improvement， There are many SPC courses in the outside world，but they are all designed for introductory learners，and the time is too long and calculation exercises are required，Therefore， there is a demand for「Quick use」 of this course，This is aimed at busy cadres and engineers，It is expected to learn all the tools in the shortest time，and the relevant calculations will be handled by computer software，This course is designed for the above purpose，there are 23 lessons in the digital courses， Excel files are within the attachment resource ，Explaining the content of Excel files is outside the scope of this course，classmates need to practice after class。
This course focuses on「Quick application」，so it is inclined to correct basic concepts、data analysis and judgment ability、how to make decisions and action plan in management、considerations in application etc.，related to data analysis、charting、calculation etc.，this course The MS Excel file creation will be used as an example to explain，These Excel files are within the attachment resource ， including basic statistics、process capability analysis、Xbar-R / Xbar-s / X-Rm / multiple short run control charts (Short Run) /P / C / n P/ OC curve etc，The instructor have diversified expertise，which can make up for the blind spots of lecturers with statistical expertise，and help the classmates 。
SPC（統計製程管制）是品質改善最基本工具，外界有關SPC課程很多，但皆對入門學習者設計，且時間太長又要做計算演練，因此就產生本課程之「速成活用」的需求，此為針對忙碌的幹部和工程師，期望在最短時間內學習所有工具，且有關計算就交給電腦軟體來處理，本課即針對上述目的而設計， 另數位課程計23堂課，隨課程附贈所有講課的Excel檔案，於各個資源附件中，講解Excel建檔內容不在本課範圍，學員需課後自行練習。
本課重於「速成活用」，因此傾向於基本觀念的正確、資料分析研判能力、管理上如何做決定和對策、在應用面的考慮等，有關數據分析、圖表製做、運算等，本課程將以MS Excel 建檔為例講解，此Excel檔案於資源附件中，含基本統計、製程能力分析、Xbar-R/Xbar-s/X-Rm/多種少量管制圖(Short Run)/P/C/nP/OC curve 等，講師具多元化專長，可彌補只有統計專長背景講師的盲點，對學員助義大。
