Description

Greg Cadichon ATC of Rebound athletics is an experienced master of training and rehabilitation. He presents a case study of an athlete to demonstrate the Rebound Athletics principles. The principles are discussed in the first part of our video course by Dr. John Brna. They are your roadmap to rehabilitation. They are referred to in all the Rebound Athletics courses and should these concepts should be understood so you can rehabilitate your athletes. The principles are explained in order and build on each other with concepts frpm anatomy, physics, physiology and our experience with athletes over the decades.

Greg is a master rehabilitator and has worked with many professional and collegiate athletes who seek his opinion. Greg explains how to improve mobility, strength, power and sports performance.
