Welcome to my facial yoga lesson! In this class, you will be exploring various exercises and techniques designed to tone and strengthen the muscles in your face, leading to a more youthful and radiant appearance.
If you know that there are more than 50 muscles in this small facial area, you will understand that doing exercises on the face is as important as doing fitness exercise for the body to stretch and relax these facial muscles. And from there you could get a symmetric, uplifting and nice-looking face.
Facial yoga is a natural and non-invasive way to improve the health and appearance of your skin, as well as reduce the appearance of wrinkles and fine lines.
During this class, we will be focusing on specific facial muscles and using gentle movements to release tension, increase blood flow, muscle lifting and reduce wrinkels.
Furthermore, we will also focus on the muscles in the areas around the head, the neck and the shoulder which are often neglected but can hold a lot of tension, affect the look of your face and body. So I will give you exercises that can also help to improve circulation, reduce stress and improve overall relaxation here..
