This course conducted by Col (Dr) Shabbar Shahid, a veteran of the Indian Army, is an ideal combination of  theoretical knowledge practical applications to empower leaders in developing a vigilant approach to leadership. The course will aid the student to navigate the complexities of the business landscape with confidence, foresight, and strategic acumen.

The instructor with his vast knowledge on the subject gathered over a span of four decades, coupled with a post graduate qualification in engineering and finance and a doctorate in management, prepares the student to lead his/her organization into the future with resilience and a proactive mindset as a Vigilant Leader.

Col (Dr) Shabbar Shahid is also a chartered engineer and a Fellow of the institution of Engineers (India) and he manages his own small consultancy firm. Teaching is his passion which he has chosen to pursue post his retirement from the Army.
