Mental Health and Wellness are important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

It has a direct impact on an individual's overall wellness, which includes our emotional, psychological, occupational, financial, spiritual, and social wellness amongst others.

We refer to these as the Dimensions of Wellness. There are 8 of them and they affect how we think, feel, and act. They also help determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make life choices.

All of these are interdependent and each influences the others.

If we choose to address only a few while we ignore the rest is no longer the best of approaches.

The Foundation Course is the ideal starting point for understanding the different wellness dimensions. It deals with the origins of wellness, the 8 dimensions, and the linkage of wellness with personal and professional growth.

The Course helps you understand YOUR 8 Dimensions of Wellness and helps you better manage your Wealth, Career, Relationships, Health, and Peace of Mind among others.

As a part of this course - not only would you be able to understand the fundamentals of the 8 different dimensions, but you will also be able to do a basic level of self-assessment across all these dimensions.

This course is the precursor to the Advanced Courses.
