Yoga includes asanas, breathing and cleansing techniques. However, many people learn asanas and breathing techniques without practicing cleansing techniques. The sinus flush is a procedure with many names and ancient roots. Also known as nasal irrigation, or neti pot treatment, the sinus flush has its origins in the Ayurvedic medical tradition.
In this course, you will practice cleaning the nasal cavity. Cleansing the nasal cavity as easily as hands washing and gargling. Learn the basic breathing method and acquire the power of breathing. This course is useful for people whose nasal cavity are damaged by hay fever, allergic rhinitis, pollution and house dust.
Introducing Shiatsu (Finger pressure) Yoga to eliminate stuffy nose and Yin and Yang poses to keep the body moderate, as well as 5 minutes Yoga in the morning and evening.

Many people who practice Nasal Cleansing and fail often do not dry out after cleaning. In Lecture 3, you will learn how to breathe to dry the cleaning solution left in the nasal cavity. You will feel refreshed by drying the inside of your nose. It explains how to make cleaning solution and how to wash it in an easy-to-understand manner, so even beginners can learn it easy. After Nasal cleansing, acupressure massage will clear the stuffy nose. After learning about the sun and the moon and Yin and Yang, we will practice the poses that you can experience about Yin and Yang of our body.
