I am a Software Architect and Best Selling instructor .  I have learnt yoga at Vivekananda Kendra Kanyakumari and I am a certified yoga teacher by Ministry Of Ayush, India  .  I have been teaching yoga for over 5 years now, and I am practicing yoga for the last 10 years. It has changed the way i conduct my life and i am going to share those techniques with you to create lasting health and happiness  .
