You can pick and choose from various areas of the body to work, or work through each 7 minute class sequentially, building up the stamina, flexibility and strength to attend or participate in a full yoga class.
Each 7 minute chunk provides clear instructions and adaptations to accomodate movement restrictions, flexibility and enhance comfort and makes yoga accessible to you anytime, anywhere.
