Description

This course contains 3 powerful Yoga classes for your everyday practice. The duration of each class is 60 minutes and it’s perfect for your everyday yoga practice as it covers all the aspects of Yoga, a single class is all you need in a day. Classes are categorised as Black, Orange, and White. All the classes have 2 versions, with music and without music. All the classes are unique and are designed keeping a nice balance of Pranayama (Breathwork), Inversions, Balancing postures, Spinal movements, etc.

There are 2 tutorial videos in this course ‘All about arm balances’ and ‘Bandhas in Inversions’
