Yoga Through the Chakras for Vitality and Life Balance’ uses video and sound to follow the map of the ancient concept of the chakras, navigating you towards a more centred sense of energy flow, as well as an improved sense of wellbeing on all levels.
There are seven chakras in total, each relating to different parts of the body. Specific yoga postures, sounds, imagery, and activities can help to heal each area physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
‘Yoga Through the Chakras…’ takes you through these seven steps via fifteen sequences of around twenty minutes each, employing additional audio mantras and relaxations to supplement each sequence.
Every chakra is associated with certain talents and weaknesses, and each session targets a particular chakra with a unique flowing combination of yoga postures, kundalini yoga, and sound healing. As you progress through the steps, the sequences gradually become more strengthening.
Each step has its own short quiz so you can track your progress and choose to spend more time and energy on those steps where you feel you need more support.
There is no hierarchy within the chakra system, no one step is more important than another so the key is to achieve alignment and balance within each chakra, the entire chakra and within all aspects of your life.
