In Section 1 we will discuss stress and mindfulness. I will also give you a general overview of Mindfulness and Meditation.
In Section 2 we will teach you the 10 Key Steps of Mindfulness. Each lesson will focus on a specific step with teaching points and an action step to help you with the lesson.
In Section 3 we will bring it all together with key points of how to integrate these 10 steps of Mindfulness into your life.
Each lesson is between 8-11 minutes long so you can easily watch one per day and integrate it into your life.
