This course aims to make it happen by sharing with you the apps that follow the research-based principles from various books such as, Think and Grow Rich By Napolean Hill, The Power of Habit By Charles Duhigg, and many more.

The Transformation
The first step to achieve your goals is to know what you exactly want. You should be able to imagine a clear picture of your goal. Then you can activate your emotions to get out of your comfort zones and make sacrifices.
The second step to achieve your goals is to create a sense of urgency. You should be able to see that you are losing the remaining time remaining until the deadline. Then you can conquer procrastination.
The third step to achieve your goals is to organize your ideas and information. Then you can create action plans, evaluate risks and take decisions, based on the situation and input parameters.
The fourth step to achieve your goals is to define habits that will lead you towards your goal. Then follow those habits and track your consistency.
The fifth step to achieve your goals is to organize, prioritize and track your day-to-day tasks. Then you need to divide a big project into smaller and easier to complete sub-tasks.
The sixth step to achieve your goals is to measure your efforts in terms of quality and quantity. You need to measure your focus so that you can conquer daydreaming, which is a productivity killer. Also, you need to note the duration of work to track the consistency of your efforts towards your goal.
The seventh step to achieve your goals is to be accountable for your effort and progress each day. This will plant the pain of inconsistency and the pleasure of consistency in your subconscious mind.
Content and Overview
For each topic, the apps are chosen by closely examining three parameters. They are app features, device compatibility, and pricing. The main recommended application has the right combination of the above three parameters.
For each topic, if someone is unsatisfied by the app due to any of the parameter, then we have also discussed 2-3 alternate apps which are better than the main app by at least one parameter. So you can opt for an alternate app.
All the apps discussed in this course have a free version available, but you can upgrade to a premium one if needed.
By the end of this course, you'll learn how to immerse yourself into a goal, until you achieve it.
