In this short course I compare and contrast Concept Diagrams (also know as Concept Maps or Conceptual Diagrams) with Buzan's Mind Mapping technique. Some teachers and trainers seem to think that Concept Maps and Mind Maps are the same thing. Both techniques are types of Graphic Organisers and although they have some similarities of purpose (to display knowledge on paper), there are many differences between the structure of the two techniques.
