Your child is getting angry; they're raising their voice; they're going red in the face; they start to throw things on the floor.
In that moment you have a choice - do you join them in their anger or do you find a way to help them in their anger?
Fizzy kids who have emotional, additional or special needs may struggle to deal with angry feelings in the most appropriate way and may need a different approach to communicating and interacting with them in their angry moments.
This course will help you to understand what lies behind your child’s angry behaviours but also help you become aware of how their anger affects you. Once we are able to regulate our own behaviours and minds during our children’s angry moments, we can then learn phrases and strategies that help regulate ourselves and our children during angry moments.
Learning a new parenting language will not only put you back in charge of your own feelings and emotions, it will also help your family and kids feel more regulated. We don’t necessarily want our kids to NOT be angry (it’s a normal human emotion after all!) – we just want to help them learn how to be angry in a better way.
This new language will transform your family dynamics and the connection you have with your kids!
