He has delivered ISO 50001 certification for Clients for their operations across 6 continents for approximately 100 participating sites.

Certification is delivered across a range of industries, but David specialises in the built environment including commercial property management, facilities management, mineral extraction and construction.

He is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv). He has been involved in environmental, energy and quality management of land, property, construction and business throughout his career.
