Description

Welcome to the Lost in the Woods for Women Course.

I am so honored to be on this journey with you out of the woods and back onto the lighted path. If you are anything like me, you are acutely aware of the stress that you have to navigate in your life on a daily basis, and how cumbersome it can be on every aspect of your life. Well, I am here to help! There are five lessons in this course. Each of those lessons will focus on a different aspect of navigating out of the woods. Of course, I am using the phrase "lost in the woods" as a metaphor for the long-term, chronic stress that a woman can feel when her life gets out of balance. So, the goal of this course is to help you get out of the dark woods and back on the illuminated path of your life where you will find the peace and balance you are searching for. Over the next 5 lessons, we are going to discuss the tools you need to navigate out of the woods: Practicing S.T.O.P., Finding Water Immediately, Starting a Fire, Building A Shelter, and Creating a Signal, and how each of these steps can help move you from the dark woods back to an illuminated path in your life.

Who Should Attend!

  • If you are a woman dealing with chronic stress in your life and need some quick yet practical solutions to find some relief, then this course is for you.
