The module effectively encapsulates Getting Them Involved. The ultimate mode is to encourage students and teach them responsibility is to get them involved in the classroom. The initiative is towards making students work in groups and assign each a task or role. Giving students a sense of ownership allows them to feel accomplished and encourages active participation in class. The process hence engages the teachers towards maximising their potential to the ultimate in particular. The module provides a rundown of a variety of different approaches to lesson preparation with the goal of enhancing instructing and fortifying relationships with pupils. It also explains how it helps teachers ensure and make it sure towards excellence as a priority, that the day-to-day activities that go on in their classrooms are providing and assisting students with an adequate and optimal level of long-term progress toward the goals outlined in their scope and sequence, as well as their individual education plans when necessary for a definite outcome within their classrooms in totality. This is explained in more detail in the next section.
