OKR or "Objectives and Key Results" is a goal setting framework that helps organizations to translate their strategy in to actions. We all know that it is easy to come up with ideas or devise a strategy but it is very difficult to execute. Execution excellence is what differentiates good companies from great companies. OKR provides a proven framework to operationalize strategy. This can be adopted by both startups and mature organizations.
