This course will cover all parts of Standard for Portfolio Management (SPM) - 3rd Edition, the Portfolio Management Professional PfMP Examination Content outline, and all required data to get your PfMP® certification on your first attempt, through 6 Main Modules:
Module 01: Introduction:
In this Module, we will provide guidance on the principles of Portfolio management. It provides generally accepted definitions of Portfolios and Portfolio management and concepts important to their success—Portfolio management performance domains, the Portfolio life cycle, and important Portfolio management principles, practices, and activities.
Module 02: Portfolio Strategic Alignment:
In this Module, we will provide all required info, and the continuous activities necessary for aligning portfolio components (programs, projects, and operations) with organizational strategic objectives, goals, and priorities. Portfolio strategic alignment also involves recommending portfolio scenarios and related components to create an initial high-level portfolio roadmap.
