In this course I want to share with you 14 methods (with examples) I tested on myself which helped me and help me still feel that I understand what is happening around me and feel I can influence a lot of these events. This feeling of control and understanding of my own world results in me being a very happy and balanced person. My main point of this course is to share with you these observations hoping that some or most will resonate with you, helping you also feel more balanced and a very happy person.
I will share with you 14, let's call them rules, I apply daily. This is basically a way of thinking and understanding the world around you. With every method I give you an example in what life situation it can be applied.
After every point I request you to pause and take some time to think how to apply it to your own life. That is the crucial part – otherwise it is just you reading and forgetting with no positive impact on yourself.
I encourage you to read, then stop and think how to apply what you have read to your own situation.
