Greg Cadichon lays out his 14 day plan for rehabilitation of a common inversion ankle sprain. However, his program can be used as a path for rehabilitation for more severe ankle sprains that take longer to rehabilitate. We explain when a sprain needs to be evaluated further by a physician.
