We learn how important it is for coping, to maintain a good level of neuroplasticity. We navigate through various daily practice exercises allowing you to explore daily practices from sound activation and grounding through to energy exercises and heart mind alignment practices. Having a daily practice helps with coping and maintaining balance in one's life. Having a daily practice helps you to connect to the energy of mother earth and activate the energy within yourself. We then move into the meditation module, exploring different types of meditations. Finally we end with the emotional freedom tapping module where we will review the process and techniques before doing a full practice of it, releasing stress and anxiety. This will help you learn how to self regulate your stress and anxiety. You will learn how to create setup statements to be able to tap about other lower energy emotions as well.
