Who’s behind it?

I’m Vitalis Essala, a husband, dad, and pastor who almost lost everything to conflict due to a childhood history of a traumatic family. After visiting church leaders and consulting with counselors, I knew I had to revert to my training in college, grad school, and professional school, as well as personal experience to draw from within what could change my fate. So, I spent months relearning the art of conflict resolution and reprogramming my thinking in a way that my church and family would benefit from.

And now, I want to share what I’ve learned and implemented in my church and other forms of businesses with you so you don’t have to spend as much time as I did figuring out what works, or worse... suffer the same fate as so many others who run their organizations with a culture of fear and insecurity, and spend more and don’t enjoy life in their organizations!
