Description

At the beginning, my coaching participants were often in a state where they did not know what to do. They faced many challenges in their lives. Their pillars of life such as work, family and health began to falter. They felt that something had to change. That they could not and did not want to continue this path forever. The problem is often. Where to start? Can I do it? Self-doubt and no clear vision of how they can do this were not uncommon. Through coaching, these self-doubts could be eliminated, because each of us has unconscious strengths within us that are waiting to be liberated. The vision of what life should look like in the future became clearer. The path and the right steps became noticeable. Maybe this course is not 100% comparable to my coaching, but here I have packed the essence for you, which in my view it takes to change what your innermost would like to have changed. Let me show you your own way in this course.


This course is the result of over 1800 coaching sessions with stressed people. The cashier in the retail trade, the project manager of a  large corporation, the doctor in a clinic or the child psychologist of an institution.

I was able to coach all these different people on their personal path to a noticeably less stressful life as part of the workplace health promotion. On this basis of many successful and pleasant coachings, I developed this course. This course will show you what you really need to be able to deal with your stresses immediately and in the future. It gives you the tools and a better perspective.


No matter how difficult a situation is, when we know that something better is coming soon and when we realize that we are getting control of our stress experience, then we are prepared for anything.
