Stress is a completely normal response that we all experience but sadly it becomes problematic when you don’t know how to manage it and it escalates out of control. If stress has impacted your relationships with others and your job satisfaction to the point that you dread going in to work the next day, then this course will help you change that; enabling you to feel more productive and motivated while at work.
Even if your stress is not primarily caused by work but rather other factors, this training has been designed in a way that will still benefit you. In addition, it will also help you manage anxiety if this is something that you are experiencing.
We believe having a basic understanding of why we have evolved to have stress helps individuals understand their own stress response more effectively which is something we will explore during this course. We also aim to help you recognise the signs and symptoms of stress which we hope will help you to manage your stress levels before they escalate, and reach burn out levels. Finally, we will provide you with some simple and practical activities that you can easily do both in the workplace or at home.
