P3O® Foundation (Portfolio, Program and Project Offices) is a business model for making decisions and supporting business changes within an organization. It consists of several single or multiple physical or virtual structures, i.e. offices (permanent and / or temporary), offering a mix of central and localized functions and services, integration with governance arrangements and larger activities such as other business support functions.

The Foundation level introduces the P3O® Method and aims to confirm that you know and understand the P3O® Method well enough to be able to work effectively with or as a member of a management office, team working in an environment supporting the P3O® principles.
