The course " Writing Effective Learning Outcomes" seeks to provide the learners skills on writing learning outcomes which focus on student's learning and evidence of learning through assessments. In traditional course design, the teachers or trainers usually start with the training content or syllabus and then devise the teaching activities and learning outcomes. In this case, most often, the learning outcomes are not focused and result in unaligned learning and lack of proper evidence of learning through assessments.
