In this course we will take a deeper, more detailed look at the 5 Elements, How they interact with the 5 Senses through Mindfulness Meditation, and how they work together in Ayurveda.

- How the Elements Contribute to Your Personal Strengths
- How the Elements get out of Balance within you
- A mindfulness practice on one of the 5 Senses to connect with that Element
The Final Module: Integrating the 5 Elements:
- The benefits of working with all 5 Elements in combination (instead of Isolation)
- Visualization Practice bringing in the 5 Elements in Your World
- Meditation Practice using Mudra, Words, and Breath to Balance your relationship to the Element
- Introduction to Ayurveda: How the Elements Pair up to Form the 3 Doshas (Mind/Body Types)
- Your Prakriti (Original Element & Dosha composition) Vs. Your Vikriti (current or imbalanced presentation)
- Health is experienced when your Vikriti matches your Prakriti
