What You Will Learn!

  • Introduction to BABOK business analysis

  • Basic understanding of business analysis and familiarity with the character of a business analyst
  • Knowing the basic concepts to enter business analysis

Description

IIBA classifies its Business Analysis Certifications into three levels:

· The Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)

· Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)

· The Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

These three levels are set according to the ability, work experience and level of professionalism of business analysts.

For example, at the first level, i.e. ECBA, we can see business analysts who may not have professional work experience, may be students or university graduates, or may have entered the business analysis field from another engineering and specialized field.

As a result, IIBA does not take hard for this level of business analysis exam and tries to make its questions simple, linear and without scenario-oriented and event-based questions that we see in CCBA or CBAP exams. We also know that there are no questions from the two knowledge areas of BABOK for this exam.

So we conclude that the ECBA exam is a simple test but has sharp questions that are carefully extracted from the standard text.

In this course, we have tried to familiarize the audience with how to ask questions from the standard text and how to master the standard text by presenting cloned questions.

Our approach in designing test questions is based on the minimum Viable Exam (MVE) so that the audience can feel comfortable that by taking these tests, they can go to the main exam.

Who Should Attend!

  • Students who have just entered the university and want to take the ECBA degree.
  • Those interested in business analysis who have less work experience.
  • Other people from scientific and engineering fields who are new to business analysis.
