Description

This course is designed to help those of us with balance, flexibility and generalist strength issues who may find struggle with simple tasks in everyday life.

Throughout the course we will take you through standing, seated and weighted exercises that are designed to strengthen your most key muscle groups. There is also a focus placed on low intensity Pilates exercises and routines that can be performed quickly and conveniently at your own leisure.

This course combines the principles of Balance Exercise with Physiotherapy and Pilates techniques to create a comprehensive program that promotes strength, flexibility, balance, and injury prevention.

The course is divided into several modules, each focusing on different aspects of the practice. While also introducing a series of exercises that target specific muscle groups, improving strength, and flexibility.

Participants will learn a variety of simple techniques that are designed to aid their balance and coordination. These balance exercises are critical for maintaining stability and preventing falls alongside improving joint mobilization.

Throughout the course, participants will be encouraged to modify exercises to accommodate their specific needs and abilities. The instructor will provide guidance to ensure proper form and technique.
