After many years of teaching Yoga and Meditation, I wanted to create a course to reach a wider audience across the world.
If you're already reading this then you have likely already heard only great things about how beneficial meditation is to our living. I developed this course for anyone wanting to take their 1st steps but not really sure on 'how' to do that.
It is a very simple and straight forward course, outlining the basics of meditation to get you started on your personal journey with meditation.
We briefly cover the benefits and history of meditating, and the differences in the 5 types of meditation discussed in this course.
You will then be guided through a variety of meditations, followed up with after meditation techniques along with advice on how to develop meditation as a habit for it to be most beneficial for you.
You will find the course is mostly video based, with a variety of types of meditating to help you discover what you enjoy and what works for you and your lifestyle.
At the end of the course there a several extra bonus meditation videos that can be downloaded also, ranging from 2 minutes to 10 minutes long.
For me, meditating is about joy and no pressure, and that is how I have curated this course to hopefully make you smile and feel 'at home' during this process of development.
