Why do you need this course?
As the course name implies, a person can transform their life through meditation and energy healing. This course is designed to help you release subconscious energy that may be causing problems in your life. Suppose you are feeling stressed, anxious, depressed, or having any illnesses. This session will help you to release negative emotions and traumas, feel more in control of your life, and recover from illness faster. Is that possible? Yes, how is that possible?
What to learn?
There are many energy-release techniques (e.g., hypnosis, EFT, somatic technique, etc.). I will dedicate one session for each of these techniques. However, in this session, you will learn one of the most powerful techniques: healing feelings stored in a picture. The subconscious mind stores everything that has happened to you or been said about you throughout your life – both positive and negative experiences – and all of your beliefs about yourself, others, and life itself. These events may be traumatic and unpleasant and negatively affect your life and health. Practicing this session will help you to heal, unblock and balance your energy. Therefore, you will feel more energetic in both body and mind.
