First we will use functional training Hiit & Tabata workout to effectively loss fat.

l know a lot of people love to go to the gym to train and lose fat? But in there you need to focus on your Target . If your target is just to lose fat fast. In my experience and opinion Hiit & Tabata training is fastest and most effective way to lose fat. Here we will not talking about how to build muscle too much. “We just focus on how to lose fat” .

Discipline

l know a lot of people have insomnia or sleeping not well problem, but many people don’t know that lack of sleep or insomnia can be very difficult to lose fat. I have helped many students improve this problem. After exercise they will feel very tired and sleep early.

Nutrition management

Is a complex issue, because even me love to eat. But I also know that effective nutrition and training are very important. I know it’s hard for them to resist the temptation of good food in general. Finally, if you want to stay healthy and spiritual for long time, I do not recommend dieting to lose fat.

I believe that sports can make us fit , younger and healthier, while martial arts can protect ourselves and learn more from a philosophical level.
