You will be provided with an energy tracker and during the course you will be shown how using it can help you plan your week so that you get more work done in less time and have more time available to do the things that you love.

This workshop is led by Sarah Berthon, an experienced business owner who has successfully managed running a business whilst living with an energy-limiting chronic illness. She has been supporting business owners with chronic illnesses for the last 4 years and has developed a wealth of knowledge over this time.

Sarah is passionate about ensuring that business owners use their energy to its full potential and get a good return on their energy investment.

This course will help you to manage your physical energy, reduce fatigue, and increase productivity in your business which will benefit your business and free up time for you to do the activities that you love.
