This course is designed for personnel with environmental responsibilities. Company personnel are stretched thin so in many companies a team is formed of operations, facilities, executives, and other support personnel to help implement ISO 14001.

In this course, the student will learn:

· A modifiable downloadable spreadsheet is provided to help the student down the path of documenting and scoring environmental aspects and impacts. This can be modified to meet your company specific needs.

· An introduction to ISO 14001 and benefits of implementing this environmental management system. ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized program specific geared to environmental management.

· The “What is an environmental aspect and impact.” Twenty common environmental aspects along with examples are provided.
