Launching a business is easier than you think. Most people believe you need tens – if not hundreds – of thousands of dollars, employees, lawyers, a lease agreement, and accountants all before you can start a business. This is all false. In fact, you can start your business today with little to no resources in your corner. Why? Because I’ll teach you how to start generating profit as you learn and how to properly start and grow from zero.
With this course, you can start a business today without:
An MBA or any college education
Investors
Previous experience
A finished idea or product
Waiting months before turning a profit
— Course Curriculum
Everything you need to start a business broken down into a 45-minute self-paced course
In this course, I’ve included everything you need to know to get your business off the ground in condensed but easy-to-understand video lessons and workbooks. At the end of the course, your challenge will be to launch your first MVP.
Module 1: Business Fundamentals & Crafting your Vision
In module one, I’ll guide you through refining your vision for this business and translating that into marketing verbiage that you’ll use to promote your MVP offering. Then we’ll go over naming your business, identifying customers that are hungry for your offering and have their wallets out for you, and incorporating your business legally.
Included workbooks:
Ideal customer workbook to help you identify customers who will pay you what you're worth
Business naming worksheet to help you choose a business name or validate that the one you have is good
Values worksheet to identify your values so we can integrate them throughout your business
Module 2: Building your MVP offering
In module two I’ll show you what a Minimal Viable Product is with real-world examples from other small business owners like you. You’ll learn my go-to softwares and learn launch tactics to start crafting your MVP offering right away.
What's an MVP?
A Minimal Viable Product is a smaller version of your official product/offering that is used to test demand in the market and validate that your product/offering is a good one. Testing demand before investing more time and money into an idea is the tactic that all big technology companies used in their early days.
Module 3: Three limiting mindsets to throw to the curb when starting a business
Here we approach the three most impactful limiting mindsets you can have when starting a business and disarm them.
