Description

Anyone within a company can understand the basic theories used in the maintenance department. Learn the data and input required in the day-to-day management of your company's Assets.  An essential course for operators, supply chain, technicians, planners, schedulers, managers as well as IT and Finance team members. Get everyone on "the same page" working towards common goals.  After understanding the basic theories behind Asset Management (especially related to maintenance management) you will be better able to learn or support the Maintenance Management, Resource Management , Planning and Scheduling within your company's ERP System.  Learn what is basic maintenance or be better able to explain it to non-maintenance support staff in an easier way to get everyone engaged and supporting maintenance best practices. Learn the basics of planning and scheduling maintenance, working with Supply Chain, Operations and Production departments in a more efficient manner.  This course should be a pre-requisite to learning any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), the management of all the information and resources involved in a company's operations by means of an integrated computer system.  We will not be covering any specific ERP System.
