MY BACKSTORY:
• I’m a former recruiter for Fortune 500 companies including Johnson Controls, Cummins, GM, Ford, PNC, PPG, Goodrich, Chrysler, Moen, ABB, and Timken.
• Being a recruiter, I’ve seen all of the templated resumes that come out of the resume mills, making one candidate indistinguishable from another.
• I knew innately what recruiters and hiring managers wanted. Unfortunately, the applicants didn’t and that created a disconnect.

Covering the basics to in-depth elements of the interviewing process, I will prepare you for interviews by analyzing your past interview sessions to find out what can be improved, and build a plan that helps you improve for future interviews. We’ll accomplish this through live simulations of real interviews to help make your interviews less stressful and more successful.

LinkedIn Self-Branding & Networking

We work with you to build a unique online resume for LinkedIn, Indeed, ExecuNet, ZipRecruiter, Dice, or Ladders profiles that get found by the search engines. We will implement a proper self-marketing and self-branding strategy that includes a day-by-day roadmap on how you need to get where you are going. This will be a blend of cold-messaging, genuine engagement, thought leadership, and relationship cultivation for long-term success.
