Inkscape uses the SVG (Scalable Vector Graphic) standard as the starting format. Unlike other software where we work in pixels, in Inkscape we work with vectors. Scribus

Equivalent to InDesign software from the Adobe series, Scribus has nothing to envy its famous competitor, indeed the possibilities are impressive.
