This course is specially designed to get a body that is strong and stream lined.  In the same way that a tree needs to be strong to support it's limbs, the goal of this course is to develop and maintain core stability as you work towards optimal strength and flexibility through your arms and legs, in other words developing a body that resists injury and moves with ease.

In this course we will cover the foundations, level 1 and level 2  Pilates mat exercises paying close attention to movement quality and control.
