Through our 7 modules, you will learn:

- The benefits of meditating

- How to meditate and do it every day, even if your mind wanders all the time

- How to breathe deeply in order to relax, even when you aren’t meditating

- How to be grateful and be more positive no matter what life throws at you each day

In our 1st video, we teach you some helpful meditation tips, and also go through a simple breathing meditation to start you off and get you connected with yourself.

We then move on to 5 real meditations conducted by Lauren herself, that you will do together in real time.

1. A Gratitude meditation – where we will get you into a ‘Gratitude’ mindset and be grateful for all of the little things. Even when you are having a bad day and think the whole world is against you, there is still so much to be grateful for.

2. An Affirmation meditation – where we will say some powerful sentences to, and about, ourselves to create a positive statement. An amazing mediation to uplift yourself, and help you become motivated.

3. A Chakra Meditation – where you will learn about what chakras are, and we will turn on each chakra of our body. By the end, we will have all of our energy points in-line and working with each other, instead of against each other.

4. A ‘Pilar of Light’ Meditation – where we will travel our mind to a new place, away from our worries & fears.

5. An ‘Inner Child’ Meditation – where we will connect with our inner child. Someone we tend to neglect as we grow older.

6. And A ‘Forgiveness’ Meditation – where we will forgive those who have hurt us, or who we have hurt. We even forgive ourselves for any past mistakes or trauma, so that we don't bottle it up inside anymore.
