Reiki Level 1: Self-Healing
In this course you will learn about the universal life force energy, Reiki, that is within us all and how to tap into its ability to heal and heal the self. You will discover and learn about the founder as well as the history and origin of Reiki. We will also get into the seven chakras. What they are, do, and their purpose. We will dive into self-healing and how to prepare yourself as a conduit for Reiki energy as well as what is needed to prepare your space for healing and conducting a session. You will learn on how to conduct a pre-session interview. Most importantly you be attuned for the use of Reiki for self-healing at the end of level 1 Reiki. Level 1 Reiki focusses mainly on self-healing and your connection that you make with Reiki. How the connection is between the both of you. In this course you will learn the basics of Reiki energy and how it is free flowing and goes write where it is needed. You will discover who you are in more depth while learning and working with this life force energy on a mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual level.
