Are you coaching children and looking to create fun and engaging sessions? Perhaps you are working with high-performance athletes and are looking to push the boundaries of excellence? Whatever your situation, as the coach you have an important role to facilitate learning in a range of different domains—that is, you are not just dealing with the physical skills of an athlete, but you also have a responsibility to consider your athletes' social, emotional, and cognitive needs, too. But where do you start with all this?!
What is this course about?
In this course, you will explore what it takes to get the best out of the people you work with by considering the idea that a coach is an educator. From there, you will be presented with a number of different coaching methods to make the most of your time with your athletes...regardless of the sport you are coaching!
Who am I?
