  • This course was written with the intention of helping, informing and inspiring those who could benefit from the information and guidance within. It is a perspective on life and how certain actions can assist us in our journey to live more productively, healthily and happily. This course is for the average person to be able to understand that the principles of a healthy mind and healthy body will lead to a healthy life. It is not a substitute for medical attention but rather a course to show how the body and mind are related, how this affects our everyday lives and how we can use the information herein to benefit ourselves by becoming aware of our bodies, minds and how they work in order to live healthier, more productive lives. It is a neuroscientific behaviourist approach with cognitive aspects both in psychological research and neuroscience studies, to inspire positive change and awareness. By sharing the knowledge and research of how our bodies relate to our minds, to our emotions and, in turn, to how we perceive the world and how we react and respond to the world and to others; we can take control and responsibility for ourselves in order to make necessary changes for our futures. The principles and ideas related in this course can be used by anyone, throughout life, in any situation and as a guide for better living, relationships and values.
